How Villa Infinity uses and protects the information you provide when making an inquiry or booking.
Last updated: 11 September 2026Data controller
JLP Property Group is the data controller for personal data processed through the Villa Infinity website. For questions or requests about your privacy or personal data, please contact us at info@villainfinity1.com or +30 694 488 3646.
Information we collect
When you submit a booking inquiry, we collect the information you enter, including your name, email address, optional phone number, requested dates, number of guests, and message. We may also process basic technical and security information, such as an IP address, to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and investigate errors.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website use through anonymous, aggregated statistics such as page path, referrer, general geographic area, device type, operating system, and browser. Analytics information is not connected to booking-form details.
If you accept optional advertising measurement, the Google tag may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and successful booking requests attributable to our Google Ads campaigns. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, message, or requested stay details from the inquiry form to Google Ads.
If a booking proceeds, we may request the passport or identity-document number and other details necessary to meet Greek short-term-rental, tax, accounting, or public-authority requirements. Please do not include identity-document details in the initial inquiry form.
How and why we use your information
We use your information to respond to booking inquiries, check availability, provide quotes, and take steps toward a reservation. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For confirmed reservations and communication about your stay, processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.
We keep tax, accounting, invoicing, and other legally required records to comply with our legal obligations. We process limited technical and related information for our legitimate interests in protecting website security, preventing abuse and spam, maintaining reliability, measuring website use in aggregate, troubleshooting, and establishing or defending legal claims.
Optional Google Ads measurement is based on your consent. You may reject it when first asked or change your choice later through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who we share information with
Inquiry information is delivered to and primarily retained in our email systems rather than a guest database. It may be processed by providers that host the website, deliver email, provide maps, or supply email services, including Vercel, Resend, Google, and our email provider. These providers process information under their own terms and appropriate data-protection arrangements.
Villa Infinity does not sell personal information. If you choose an external booking platform, that platform independently processes the information you provide there.
Retention
Booking inquiries that do not result in a reservation are retained for up to 12 months after our last communication and are then deleted or anonymised, unless they must be kept longer because of a dispute, security issue, or legal obligation. Records connected with a confirmed stay, payment, invoice, or tax matter are retained for as long as required by applicable Greek law. Backups may temporarily retain copies until they are overwritten.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing; object to certain processing; and request portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
To exercise a right, email info@villainfinity1.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, but no internet or email service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Some providers may process information outside Greece or the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers use a legally recognised data-transfer mechanism.
Providing your information
Information marked as required in the inquiry form is necessary for Villa Infinity to respond to and process your request. Optional fields, such as a phone number, do not have to be provided.
